On March 15, 2024, the Grand Lodge of Tennessee issued a Charter for the Merger of Powell Lodge #582 F&AM and Masters Lodge #244 F&AM, creating Powell Masters Lodge #244 F&AM.  The Charter was presented by Most Worshipful Grand Master, James Arnhart to the officers of Powell Masters Lodge on March 27, 2024 at the Grand Lodge annual meeting.
